What Is the Mindset Movement Challenge?
The Mindset Movement Challenge is a Monday to Friday series of quick, daily live classes to keep you feeling energized and balanced, even during the busiest weeks.

10 live Zoom classes (two per day—morning and evening)
“Mindset Movement” – Start your day with energy and wind down in the evening, focusing on both physical and mental wellness.
Morning Class: Energizing yoga to kickstart your day.
Evening Class: Calming stretches and meditations to unwind and reset.
Each morning class is just 10 minutes, making it easy to fit in before your day starts, no matter how busy you are! Evening classes will be 10-30 minutes.
