Hello, I’m Lou-Lou! Registered Nurse and Yoga/Meditation guide. I understand how hard it is to stick to a regular exercise program, I really do. I’ve struggled for years! I wanted it to be manageable because life is super busy for all of us, and I also want you to feel proud of yourself at the end. This challenge could be the spring-board you’ve been needing.
