I’m Lou-Lou: a registered nurse with years of clinical experience and a deep belief that our bodies and minds need rest as much as they need movement. I didn’t create this from a place of having it all figured out. I created it because I needed it too. And I’ve learned, both professionally and personally, that ten intentional minutes can shift everything.
