About Lou-Lou

Hello, I’m Lou-Lou a registered nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience, and the woman behind The Ten Minute Club. I didn’t create this from a place of having it all figured out. I’ve had plenty of moments of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and like I’d lost myself somewhere along the way. I know what it’s like to know you should be looking after yourself and still not manage it. I get it really.

What I’ve learned, both as a nurse and as someone who’s lived this, is that small, consistent moments of coming back to yourself are more powerful than any ambitious plan you abandon after a fortnight. That’s the whole idea here. Ten minutes. No guilt. No pressure. Just you, coming back to yourself.

The Ten Minute Club is the thing I wished had existed when I needed it. And it’s growing into something bigger, retreats, deeper work, a real community of women who’ve decided quietly that they matter too. You’re getting in early, and I’m glad you’re here. Lou-Lou xx
