I’m Louise — a nurse, yoga teacher and founder of The Ten Minute Club. I created this for people like me (and maybe you): too busy, too distracted, too overwhelmed to commit to anything long or complicated — but still wanting to feel better, think clearer, and move more.

This isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about doing what you can, when you can — and letting that be enough.
