Standard Terms for the Purchase of Clubs and Courses
Terms and Conditions: The Ten Minute Club & Online Courses
Effective Date: May 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Ten Minute Club (“Membership”) operated by Mumaloulou, registered in London, United Kingdom. By subscribing to the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe, join or purchase.
1. Membership Overview
Individuals: Access to live and on-demand wellness content including yoga, breathwork, mindset coaching, and movement breaks.
Teams/Employers: Corporate/team subscriptions grant access to employees via unique logins or access codes. Usage is limited to the agreed number of employees unless otherwise arranged in writing.
2. Membership Access
- Access is provided via Mighty Networks – the community members only area and Lives are delivered via Zoom.
- Content is available 24/7 unless during scheduled live events or required maintenance.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Individuals: Memberships are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
- Teams: Team memberships are billed as per the agreed contract.
- All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are charged in advance via Stripe.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days’ notice.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Individuals:
- Cancel any time via your account or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellations prevent the next billing cycle but do not refund partially used periods.
Teams:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing with 30 days’ notice before renewal.
- No refunds for unused employee access during the contract period.
5. Use of Content
- All materials (videos, audio, PDFs, branding) are the intellectual property of Mumaloulou.com.
- You may not copy, reproduce, share, or sell any content without written consent.
6. Health & Liability Disclaimer
By joining The Ten Minute Club or any Mumaloulou courses, you accept full responsibility for your health and safety.
- Content is not a substitute for medical advice.
- Participation is at your own risk.
- You should consult a healthcare provider before starting any new physical or wellness routine.
- Stop immediately if you experience discomfort, pain, or distress.
- You acknowledge that participation in sessions—live or recorded—is voluntary, and you assume all associated risks.
7. Code of Conduct
All members must:
- Engage respectfully in live sessions and community spaces.
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
- Respect the privacy of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for any violations.
8. Technical Issues & Platform Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted access, we are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, platform issues, or force majeure events.
9. Instructor Absence or Schedule Changes
In the event your instructor is unable to lead a live session due to sickness, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances:
- A pre-recorded session may be provided instead.
- Notice will be given as early as possible via email or the platform.
- Your access to on-demand materials will remain unaffected.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed live sessions unless stated otherwise.
10. Trial Periods & Promotions
- Trial offers are one-time only and subject to change or cancellation.
- Membership will continue and auto-renew after the trial unless cancelled.
11. Pausing Your Membership
You may request to pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per year (individual plans only). Requests must be emailed to [email protected] with at least 14 days’ notice.
12. Team Access Limitations
Team access is capped at the agreed employee number. Sharing logins or exceeding the limit is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension and additional charges.
13. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the exclusive property of Mumaloulou.com. Unauthorised use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.
14. Data Privacy (GDPR)
We collect and process personal data in line with the UK GDPR. Your data is used to manage your membership and will never be sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
15. Online Courses and Digital Products
We also offer online courses or digital resources for purchase separately from the Membership.
- Access to these materials is granted for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed.
- Digital purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
- All content remains the intellectual property of Mumaloulou.com.
- We reserve the right to update course materials periodically.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership at any time for breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or behaviour that compromises others’ safety or enjoyment.
