What should I wear to the retreat?
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, there is no dress code. As long as you can move freely and stretch out and be comfy. Workout clothes, lounge-wear, shorts & T. shirt, you choose! I’ll likely be wearing leggings and a T. shirt.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Please bring your Yoga mat, (I only have a couple of spares) a blanket and your water bottle.
What’s the vibe?
Think calm, cozy, inclusive, and friendly. You’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
What if i’m coming Alone?
That’s totally normal — and encouraged! Many women come solo and leave with new friends.
Is the retreat suitable for beginners?
Yes, the retreat is open to all levels, all bodies and all ages, beginners are very welcome! There will be no inversions on this retreat.
What will we be learning about and practising?
Yoga, Meditation, Breath-Work and Journaling – All scientifically proven and effective strategies for a positive mindset.
I don’t live locally, can I join Online?
Unfortunately this event is In-person event only, the transport links are good though!
What if I’ve tried mindset activities before and didn’t like them?
I get this, and used to think they were a load of BS myself! But now I know different. All I ask is that you let go of any presumptions or past experiences and come with a smile and a open heart. You might just surprise yourself!
Why is this retreat this price?
£97. I want to keep the price low and accessible, to enable more people to come and enjoy the benefits. The price will be increasing next time and is also impacted by the location I use.
What’s your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable to a friend if you can’t make it.
Can you guarantee that I will feel happier and have a better mindset after the retreat?
This retreat will give your mindset and happy feels an incredible boost, for sure! However, to keep up the good feelings and calmer mind, you need to keep practicing. Habits and mindset growth do take time and you may appreciate more support to continue your progress. This is ongoing work we need to do for ourselves to continue to feel our best and enable us to thrive in all areas of our lives. Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! Car parking is available on a first come first served basis, accessible from Riverdale Road. Plus, on Sundays you can park in the surrounding residential roads too.
